15 - Honest assorted flavored juice boxes
Your choice of solid colored disposable tableware (25 Plates, 25 napkins and 25 forks) along with 4 plastic tablecloths. Additional tableware will not be provided for food and cake offerings provided by the client.
Party FAQS
How many people are allowed?
Set forth by the Louisiana State Marshall 49 persons are allowed inside the Playhouse at a given time. This number included both children, adults, birthday party host, and any outside entertainment.
Can I bring in outside food?
All of our parties come with Chick-Fil-A nuggets or Canes finger tray and fruit for the kids. You are allowed to bring in traditional party platters and finger foods such as finger sandwiches, chicken tender/nuggets, and fruit/veggie trays. We do not allow anything with seafood, rice, pasta, or soup. We do not permit any heating devices (crock pots, chafing dishes).
Can I bring in outside drinks?
Only additional juice boxes or water bottles are permitted. If you would like us to provide additional juice boxes or water bottles we can take care of that for you. Please just let us know. No alcohol allowed on site.
How much time am I allowed to set-up/take down?
You have access to the playhouse 30 minutes prior to party start time and 15 mins following to clean up. Our birthday party host will be available to help assist with bringing decoration or additional party items into the playhouse. If additional time is needed please let us know.
Cake/Cupcakes/Ice Cream?
Yes, yes, and yes! Your choice of cake or cupcakes are allowed! If ice cream is being served please use individual cups only.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Of course! You are welcome to bring in your own themed decor. We do not allow glitter or confetti, and we require the use of painter's tape or sticky putty/tacky if you would like to hang anything on our walls. If a rental company is providing any decor needs please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
Can I pay for extra children?
Yes, each additional child after your allotted 12 is $15. Additional nuggets and juice boxes are available for purchase.
Do you charge for adults?
We do not charge for your adult guests.
Do adults need to wear socks?
We require socks for both kids and adults. We have socks for sale in case a guest forgets theirs. Socks are required!! Please state this on your invitations.
Parking?
There are 6 reserved parking spot directly in front of the Playhouse. Please do not park in Fleurty Girls or Taj Mahal's reserved parking spots. Additional parking is at a first come first park basis. Other parking can be found on the streets adjacent to our property.
Are outside entertainers allowed?
Yes, just let us know they are coming so we can properly prepare and approve the talent.
Can I stay past my party time to play?
To stay on schedule, our parties do have a start and finish time. This allows us proper time to clean up for another party or for open play time. If the party runs over or you stay past the allotted clean-up time, each additional 15 mins is $25.
Can I add extra time to my party?
Extra time may be added. Please let us know if this is something that is needed.
Additional note: a deposit of half of the party fee is due at booking, with the remainder balance to be paid 7 days before your party date. The deposit is non-refundable or transferable.
